滑触线是定尺的，以济南德玛的滑触线为例，DMHX单极安全滑触线，500A以下的滑触线，包括500A，长度都是4.5米一根；500A以上的都是6米一根；DMHP多极管式安全滑触线是4米一根；DMGH刚体滑触线为6米一根；滑触线可以做成弧形的，但有要求，一般要求弧形半径要大于等于1.5米，滑触线方可以做成弧形的。
