Nowadays, many automation equipments choose safety sliding contact wire as power supply line, but in the process of operation, curved arc is needed. So, what should we pay attention to when making arc sliding contact wire?
1.一般来说自动化设备功率不大,所以采用载流量比较小的滑触线,比如管式安全滑触线或者是400A以下单极安全滑触线。根据现场环境和载流量的不同可以选择不同的型号。

Generally speaking, the power of automation equipment is not very high, so the slippery contact wire with relatively small carrying capacity, such as the tubular safety contact wire or the unipolar safety contact wire below 400A, is adopted. Different models can be selected according to the different field environment and carrying capacity.
2.聚氯乙烯外壳安全滑触线可以制作成弧形滑触线,但是金属外壳滑触线一般不建议制作成弯弧滑触线。
