安全滑触线的配件介绍

   滑触线温度补偿段又称热胀补偿段,用来补偿温度变化而引起的导线长度变化。轻型轨长度超过150米时设置,重型轨超过200米时设置。该温度补偿器为德玛滑触线所用。
   集电器又称受电器,滑触线上的电流是通过集电器传送至用电设备上,集电器安装在集电器支架上,集电器支架安装在移动设备上,随设备移动,集电器碳刷在滑触线内移动,实现不间断的供电。济南德玛牌靴片是采用石墨和金铜专利配方,经高温处理特殊工艺制作而成,耐磨性是国内同类产品的4-5倍 。
   济南德玛电气有限公司研发的温度补偿器  是用于补偿因环境温度变化而导致滑触线轴向长度变化的专用装置。
   检修段是把相邻两根滑触线电源断开的装置,以便检修或分区供电,用在2台以上共用一条滑触线的情况,有一台行车需要检修而其他行车仍需运行,此时可设置检修段,只需断掉需要检修设备的一段导线的供电即可。
   滑触线信号指示灯是专门实时监控起重机等移动设备的三相电源信号指示装置,起到提示和预警作用,提高了行车和滑触线的安全性能,为设备正常运行而保驾护航。
