高温刚体行车滑触线安装工序

      高温刚体行车滑触线应用范围较广,载流量大,强度高,可是适用于比较恶劣的环境中,比如炼钢厂、码头、冶金、化工车间。今天小编给大家讲讲解下高温刚体行车滑触线的安装工序:

1.安装角钢支架 (Installation of angle steel bracket )

      用螺栓或焊接方式按规定间距把角钢支架固定在行车道轨轨梁上。必须保证支架在整个线上的平直,角钢的伸出尺寸一致,角钢要平行不能歪斜。(Fix angle steel brackets on track rail tie-plate as per specified spacing by using bolt or welding method. It is essential to ensure that brackets are straight on the whole line, extruding dimensions of angle steel are identical and angle steels should be paralleled with each other rather than inclined.)

2. 安装滑触线及接头 (Installation of sliding-contact wire and connector )

      把吊挂夹套在滑触线上,吊挂夹卡住滑触线卡口,将吊挂夹安装在角钢支架上,螺母不要拧紧。四根滑触线装好后调平,旋紧吊挂夹的螺母。把接头装入第一组滑触线的另一端,同样方法安装第二组滑触线。用接头将两根滑触线联接好,装上接头护套,将滑触线调平、固紧。依次装好全部滑触线。注意接头处应平滑,间隙<0.5mm (Fix suspension clip on sliding-contact wire, and fix suspension clip in bayonet of sliding-contact wire, install suspension clip in angle steel bracket but do not tighten nut. After installation and leveling of four pieces of sliding-contact wire, screw nut of suspension tightly. Fix connector into the other end of the first group of sliding-contact wires, and install the second group of sliding-contact wires in accordance with the same method. Connect two pieces of sliding-contact wire by connector, install connector sheath, level and fasten sliding-contact wire. Install all sliding-contact wires in proper order. Make sure to keep smoothness at joints and spacing<0.5mm. )

3.安装动力输入段 (Installation of power input section )

      按预先设计好的输电方式和设计位置安装动力输入段,螺栓一定要旋紧,再装上护罩。(Install power input section as per the power transmission method and design position that have been designed in advance, and make sure to screw it tightly before installation of protection cover.

4.装护套固定夹 (Installation of sheath )

      按照设计方案安装固定夹,一条线二个。 (Install retaining clip as per design, two clips for each wire. )

5.膨胀段和检修段的安装 (Installation of expansion section and inspection/maintenance section )

      方法同接头的安装,安装位置应按设计方案定。 (The method is identical with installation of connector, and installation positions are to be determined as per design.)

6.装端套 (Installation of pothead)

       在滑触线的两头安装端套,也可在吊挂前先装上。 (Install potheads on both ends of sliding-contact wire, it is also allowed to install before suspension. )

7.检查 (Inspection)

       整条滑触线安装好后应认真检查,滑触线是否平直,间距是否一致,吊挂架是否旋紧。接头处是否平滑。 (After completion of installation of the whole sliding-contact wire, it is necessary to inspect carefully whether sliding-contact wire is straight, whether spaces are identical, whether suspension is screwed tightly, and whether joints are smooth. )

8.安装集电器及其支架 (Installation of current collector and its bracket )

      滑触线安装好后,即可安装集电器,按照高度尺寸H(支架中心到滑靴上平面的高度尺寸)和触靴端中心略高些的要求,把支架焊接在移动的设备上,再将集电器依次安装到集电器支架上旋紧固定。检查触靴是否转动灵活,与导线的接触是否良好,否则应进行调整。( After installation of sliding-contact wire, proceed with installation of current collector, in accordance with height dimension H (height from bracket center to upper surface of contact slipper) and requirement that the center of contact slipper side should be slightly higher, weld bracket on mobile equipment, then install current collectors in proper order on collector bracket and screw tightly. Inspect whether contact slipper turns flexibly, whether the contact with conductive wire is good, otherwise it is necessary to adjust. )

9.集电器接线 (Wire connection of current collector )

      将集电器的电缆与用电设备电源电缆接好。注意在接线前,应按常规检查设备及相关电器电机的各项绝缘要求是否符合要求,若出现异常应检修或更换。(Connect cable of collector with power supply cable of power consumption equipment. Before wire connection, make sure to inspect whether insulation requirements of equipments, electric appliance and electric motor are met, in case of abnormity, it is necessary to inspect, repair or replace.)

10.接电源 (Connection of power supply)

       把电源线牢固的接在动力输入段上,注意压紧。不得有松动现象。 (Connect power supply line firmly on power input section, and make sure to press tightly. There should be no loose phenomenon. )

11.试车 (Trial run)

       先应空载试车,往复运行几个来回,若无异常即可投入负荷试车,观察电压、电流是否正常,若有异常应立即停车,切断电源,进行检查,故障排除后再投入运行。(Firstly, it is necessary to conduct trial run for several times of reciprocating operation under no load, proceed with under-load trial run if there is no abnormity, observe whether voltage and current are normal, shut down immediately in case of abnormity, disconnect power supply and inspect, and proceed with operation again after elimination of malfunctions.)
